Love

Some of us are able to Love so freely, unrestricted by any barriers or misinterpretations, just allowing our genuine “caring” for someone or something to shine through. Some of us struggle with expressing Love or verbalizing Love towards someone or something, instead feeling uncomfortable at the vulnerability of this expression or feeling. Then there is the subject of self love, which encompasses all expressions, vulnerabilities and caring for ourselves, so we can inturn Love others, fully.

We are all the same people deep down, even though we are made from different cultures, sexes, opinions, etc. What if we all start to treat people as we ourselves want to be treated. Couldn’t that lead to a more forgiving, nurturing, tolerant society, who are willing to work together to better their environment, to better their home lives, and to better themselves, so that Love feeds Love. I wonder.

This week marks the anniversary of the loss of my Love, John. Some days the pain of that Love loss feels like yesterday, and some days that Love loss feels much longer than 15 years. All losses and grief journeys are different of course, depending on the relationship, circumstances, and people experiencing them. I can say only for myself that when you’ve had a Love that you felt was all encompassing and true, the void is huge and felt not only by you, but by everyone who knew that Love. The good news is that the heart does heal when we allow it to, and when we are open to other Love forms to help fill that empty void. The joys of children, grandchildren, a new relationship, good friends, travelling, dinners out, etc., or whatever is a personal joy to you, are all part in helping to heal the heart. Time does heal if you allow it to.

I am so very grateful to all those people whom I Love so dearly, both here and in the spirit world, and who Loved me, and helped me, heal my wounded heart those many years ago, so that I could continue everyday to experience joy and live a good life. Thank you, with Love.

My Love is given out with the knowing that ALL Love should be taken to heart and treated with the utmost of care.

………just saying!
